Why do I wake up in the morning? To guide purpose-driven creatives and changemakers access their soul's blueprint for a life with more magic, clarity and impact.
My tools: I am a student of life but I love to weave together knowledge to serve the whole soul using mentorship, divination (oracle/tarot, channeling), wisdom from various spiritual traditions, somatic and mindbody tools, energy and trauma healing frameworks, therapeutic frameworks, psychospiritual and sociopolitical integration..and more!

Individuation is key to how I connect with the Spiritual. Jung, who created this term, defines it as the journey of finding and living out your true self, meaning, and purpose in life. It combines psychological, spiritual, and transformative elements. This process integrates the conscious and subconscious mind, the mystical and the everyday, as well as the collective and personal experiences.

Seeing the world through a socio-political lens involves pattern recognition and analyzing the various interlocking dimensions of systemic harms.Liberation is not a new idea; it is an ancient spiritual realization. Freeing ourselves from oppression means discovering ourselves in spite of them. As noted by the feminist movement of the 1960s: “the personal is political”

Healing and Self-development

As a childhood trauma survivor, I used to operate mainly through survival programming. Now, I am creating safe spaces that help my clients grow and heal. Personal development can occur naturally in a supportive environment when the conditions allow for the whole-self to be in the room, without judgement nor shame. This includes harmonizing the mind, body and soul.

Having worked in the field of human-centered design for 7+ years in to corporate for both the end-customers and the business. Data-driven innovation requires addressing their core needs, desires, and full contexts of the person who is being served. I now adapt those frameworks and tools for clients on an individual basis.The human-centric approach prioritizes empathy, which is the impetus for generative creativity and embracing experimentation.
